Practical answers before choosing an apparel supplier

Can I request a quotation if my design or quantity is not finalized?

Yes, explain what is known and what is undecided. Share your best estimate for product, material, quantity and destination, and identify the decisions needing development. An indicative discussion is not a final unit price, reserved production slot or accepted delivery deadline. Final terms require an agreed specification and written quotation.

Does the manufacturer’s MOQ apply per order, style, colour or size?

Ask for the basis of each minimum in writing. Fabric purchasing, custom dyeing, trims, decoration and production setup can create separate minimums per style or colour, even when sizes can be mixed. IRHA APPARELS reviews the actual breakdown rather than treating a combined order total as automatic acceptance.

How can I avoid misunderstandings when ordering custom clothing internationally?

Keep one approved specification, artwork version, size table and sample reference. Confirm payment milestones, sample changes, inspection scope, production timing, shipping term and destination responsibilities in writing. Ask questions before paying or approving bulk; a casual message or catalogue photo should not replace the order documents.
