For apparel manufacturing orders, IRHA APPARELS can arrange relevant compliance documentation on the buyer's request, in line with the agreed product specification, applicable scope and commercial commitment. Documentation may include OEKO-TEX® textile-related evidence, ISO 9001 quality-management documentation, amfori BSCI social-compliance audit evidence, Sedex membership or SMETA audit information, and REACH-related textile or garment chemical-compliance documentation. The exact document, legal certificate holder, issuing or audit organization, covered site/product and current validity are confirmed for each buyer request.

Different apparel programs can have different requirements. Buyers should specify the garment and fabric composition, fibre or material source, destination country, chemical or restricted-substances requirements, and any factory audit standards required by their procurement policy. Documentation is matched to the individual garment, textile material, process or manufacturing facility, as applicable. REACH is an EU regulatory framework, not a standalone factory certification; Sedex and amfori BSCI audit or membership records must not be represented as universal factory certificates.
